About the product
Is Campus One ready for my school?
Not yet for real data. It runs today with a made-up demo school so you can see how it works. Founding schools can join a 30-day free pilot and pay only for modules that are ready to use.
Where is our school's data stored?
The demo runs on a server in the USA and holds only demo data. Before any real school, student, parent or teacher data is loaded, Campus One moves to a server in India.
What does it cost?
One price per school per year, set by the number of students. Essentials starts at ₹18,000 a year for up to 300 students. Prices exclude GST.
Which modules work today?
Admissions and records, attendance, exams and report cards, inventory and the exam paper generator work in the demo. Fees work without online payment. Payroll, transport tracking, the parent app and the school website are planned.
Does it send WhatsApp messages?
Not yet. Notices can be written and previewed, but sending is simulated in the demo.
Running it in a school
Can parents or students log in?
Not today. Campus One logins are for school staff, and accounts are created by the school's administrator. A parent app is planned, not built.
Can we bring in our existing data?
Yes. The team imports students, staff and fees from your registers or spreadsheets at set-up. Fee rosters and payment statements are imported from CSV files, with every row checked before it is saved.
Does it work on a phone?
Campus One runs in the web browser today. An Android app is planned.
Can we get our data out?
The standard reports, such as student strength, the admissions register and the attendance summary, can be exported as CSV files.
Does Campus One use AI on our school's data?
Only where a module says so. The exam paper generator may use AI to help choose questions from your own bank, never to write them, and works without AI too. The AI office assistant named in the Complete plan is not built yet.
Can we try it before paying?
Founding schools get a 30-day free pilot before any payment, and pay only for modules that are ready to use.
Who answers when we have a question?
A person. Call or write using the details on the contact page; nothing you type on this website is sent anywhere.
