Campus One

The Campus One founding schools programme

Terms for the first schools that run Campus One while it is being finished.

Why there is a founding schools programme

Campus One is not finished. Admissions and records, attendance, exams and report cards, inventory and the exam paper generator work in the demo; fees work without online payment; parent messages are simulated; payroll, transport tracking, the parent app and the school website are planned. The first schools to use it will shape what is built next, so they get terms that reflect that.

The terms

These are the owner's terms from the Campus One price list and brochure:

  • A 30-day free pilot before any payment.
  • 50% off the first year.
  • Today's price locked for three years.
  • Pay only for modules that are ready to use. New modules are added at no extra cost as they become ready.
  • A direct line to the product team and a say in what is built next.

All prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST at 18%. The price list applies to agreements signed by 31 March 2027. The full price bands are on the pricing page.

How a founding school starts

  1. A walkthrough and a plan. We show the demo school, then write down the modules your school needs first.
  2. Set-up. The team imports students, staff and fees from your registers or spreadsheets and trains the office and teachers. Set-up and data import are free with yearly prepayment.
  3. Go live in phases. Modules start as each one is ready for your school, beginning with what you need most.

Talk to us

Ask for a walkthrough on the demo school. Tell us your school size and the modules you want first, and we will show you exactly what is built today.

Questions

Do we pay anything during the pilot?

No. The pilot is 30 days and free; payment starts only if the school continues.

What if a module we need is not ready?

Founding schools pay only for modules that are ready to use. The product page lists which parts are built, partly built and planned.

Is real school data loaded during the pilot?

Real school data is loaded only after Campus One moves to a server in India. Ask us about the timing for your school.
