Campus One
What Campus One does for a school office
Campus One is a school operating system for private schools and school groups in India. It brings admissions, student records, attendance, fees, exams, report cards, inventory and parent communication into one place, with a login for each staff member. It runs today with demo data only.

The app's real sign-in page, and the place reserved for screens from inside it. Inside runs a made-up demo school; no real school, student or parent appears.

Every part and its state
Many schools run admissions, fees, attendance and exams on separate registers, spreadsheets and apps. Staff enter the same data again and again, and owners cannot see the whole picture. Today: 5 built, 2 partly built, 1 planned.
| Module | State | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Admissions and student records | Built | Inquiries, applications, visits and admission in one pipeline, and a full record for each student with documents and family details. |
| Attendance | Built | Fast class-wise marking and a monthly register that counts working days only. |
| Exams and report cards | Built | A marks grid with grades, printable report cards and publishing of results. |
| Fees and receipts | Partly built | Fee plans with instalments and concessions, receipts, overdue lists and follow-up. Online UPI payment is not connected yet. |
| Parent messages | Partly built | Write notices from templates and preview who will get them. Sending is simulated in the demo; real WhatsApp delivery is not connected yet. |
| Inventory and assets | Built | Stock, fixed assets, purchases, issue and return, and audits. |
| Exam paper generator | Built | Question bank, blueprints, papers, answer keys and print-ready export. |
| Payroll, transport tracking, parent app and school website | Planned | Listed in our plans but not built yet. |
How it is built
- Entered once. Admissions create the student record that attendance, marks, fees and notices read.
- Money is arithmetic. Fee balances, receipt numbers and overdue ageing come from the fee ledger; numbered receipts run without gaps for each campus and financial year.
- Stock is a ledger. Current stock is the sum of recorded issues, returns and purchases, never a number someone typed.
- Honest messages. A notice is marked simulated until a real provider confirms delivery; families who opted out are not messaged.
- Published means frozen. A published report card is a fixed copy; a locked question paper keeps a fingerprint that shows any later edit.
