Campus One

How Campus One is set up for your school

Campus One is a school operating system for private schools and school groups in India.

  1. Import your data

We import students, staff and fees from your registers or spreadsheets and set the system up for your school.

Set-up and data import are free with yearly prepayment, including configuration and online training. Fee rosters and payment statements come in through importers that check every row before anything is saved.

  2. Give each person a login

Principal, office, accounts and teachers each see only what their role needs.

A login belongs to a person, not a shared desk account, and changes are recorded with the name of the person who made them.

  3. Run the day

Mark attendance, record fees, enter marks and prepare notices from one place.

Each of these reads the same student record created at admission, so nothing is typed twice.

  4. See what needs attention

Dashboards show overdue fees, pending follow-ups and missing documents.

Every number on a dashboard opens the records behind it.
