Use cases
Campus One for school groups
For trusts and groups that run more than one school and want one picture of all of them.

Their situation
A school group adds a layer of work on top of each school office. Every school keeps its own registers and fee books, and the group office asks each one for the same numbers every month: how many students, what is overdue, how admissions are going. The answers arrive in different formats and on different days, and comparing schools means retyping their figures.
How Campus One helps, step by step
- One organisation, each school in it. Every login in Campus One works inside an organisation, a campus and an academic year, so the people at each school see their own work and the group sees the organisation.
- The same records everywhere. Admissions, attendance, fees, marks and notices are kept the same way in every school of the group, so a report means the same thing for each of them.
- Roles that match the group. A principal at one school and an owner or trustee for the whole group get different logins with different views.
- One price per school. Each school is priced by its number of students, and groups are quoted together.
How a group with several campuses is best set up depends on how your schools are organised today. Ask us on a walkthrough and we will answer for your case rather than promise a general rule here.
What to expect today
Campus One runs with a made-up demo school only; no real school data is loaded. Several modules named in the price list are still in development: payroll, transport tracking, the parent app and the school website are planned, online UPI payment is not connected and parent messages are simulated. The product page lists every part and its state.
Groups and schools with more than 3,000 students are quoted on request. The pricing page shows the bands for single schools.
Data and privacy
The demo runs on a server in the USA with made-up data only. Before any real school data is loaded, Campus One moves to a server in India. Each school's records are kept apart in the database itself, and every action checks permission again on the server. This describes how the product is built; it is not a certification or legal advice.
Next step
Tell us how many schools you run, roughly how many students each has, and which modules matter first. We will walk you through the demo and prepare a quote for the group.
