Question papers from your own bank, to a blueprint that adds up
The exam paper generator is a built module of Campus One: blueprint, generate, review, approve, print.

The problem: an evening per paper
Setting a balanced question paper by hand takes hours: matching the marks to the paper total, spreading questions across chapters and difficulty, avoiding questions the class saw last term, and then writing the answer key. When the totals are off by two marks, someone finds out in the exam hall.
How it works in Campus One
1. Choose a blueprint. Pick a ready template or set the sections, the number of questions, the marks for each and the weight of each chapter. The blueprint checks its totals as you type, and a paper whose marks do not add up to the paper total cannot be generated. An unbalanced chapter is a warning, not a refusal: a revision paper may lean on one chapter on purpose.
2. Generate. The paper is assembled from questions already approved in the school's bank, preferring questions not used recently. If the bank has no fresh question of the right kind, it reuses the least recently used one and says so. AI can help choose among the bank's questions, but it never writes question text; if no AI model is set up, the standard method runs and the screen says so.
3. Review and approve. A paper moves from draft to review to approved and locked. Teachers can view a paper under review; only approvers can approve it. Locking records a fingerprint of the paper, so any later edit is visible, and the questions are marked as used.
4. Print. The paper exports as A4 pages with the school header, page numbers and maths laid out properly, together with its answer key and marking rubric. Every print is recorded and the printed copy carries a confidentiality line with the viewer's name and the time.
You can try the blueprint rule on the home page: change the number of questions and watch whether the paper can be generated.

Questions
Does AI write the questions?
No. Papers are built from questions in your own bank. AI may help choose among them but never writes question text, and an academic head or principal reviews and approves every paper.
Which boards and classes are in the demo?
The demo has CBSE (NCERT 2026-27) questions for Grades 6 to 10 and one Maharashtra State Board Grade 9 Mathematics set. A school adds its own questions to its bank.
Can I use it today?
You can see it in the Campus One demo with demo questions. It is not yet open for real school use.
Which plan includes it?
The exam paper generator is part of the Campus One Complete plan.
