    We find who owns the problem, how the work is done today and what you want to change. Then we suggest one part to start with. You do not need to buy everything first.

  2. 02Start small

    We switch on the easiest useful part first, like AdmitAI, ExamCraft or online growth. That way you see value sooner.

  3. 03Connect

    We connect only what that part needs to your school data and steps. Student records, stock and fee tools get more setup help.

  4. 04Check results

    We look at use, parent enquiries, daily work or results. This shows whether to keep going or change course.

  5. 05Add more

    When a new problem shows up, add the next part, for new students, office work, fees, teaching or hiring.

We share details on security certifications, where data is stored and data terms while you decide. We do not make security claims here that we cannot prove.

How pricing works

We work out the price for each school. Here is what changes it.

  • Which part or parts you start with
  • School size and number of campuses
  • How much setup is needed (ExamCraft, the question paper helper, compared with a full CRM setup)
  • How much work we do for you (Digital Growth, Recruitment)
  • Which of your current systems we need to connect to
