Campus One for principals, the office and accounts teams

One system, a different view for each desk in the school office.

Their situation

The school office is three desks that depend on each other. The front desk answers enquiries and keeps student files. The accounts counter collects fees and chases dues. The principal needs to know, every morning, what is late and who is at risk of slipping. When each desk keeps its own book, the principal's questions turn into phone calls and the same student is entered three times.

How Campus One helps each desk

The principal gets a dashboard of what needs attention: overdue fees, pending admission follow-ups and missing documents. Every number on it opens the records behind it. Attendance is shown against working days, with the classes below the school's threshold, and report cards are checked and published from the marks grid.

The office works one admissions pipeline from enquiry to admission, keeps a record for each student with documents and family details, and writes notices from templates with the recipient list in view.

The accounts team sets fee plans with instalments and concessions, records payments with numbered receipts, and works the overdue list. Online UPI payment is not connected yet, so payments are recorded by the office.

Teachers mark attendance for their class and enter marks; academic heads review question papers from the exam paper generator.

Each login belongs to one person and shows only what that role needs. Changes are recorded with the name of the person who made them.

What to expect today

Campus One runs with a made-up demo school only. The parts above work in the demo, except that fees run without online payment and notices are simulated. Payroll, transport tracking, the parent app and the school website are planned.

Data and privacy

The demo runs on a server in the USA with made-up data only; real school data will be loaded only after Campus One moves to a server in India. Every action checks permission again on the server, not only on the screen. This is how the product is built, not a certification or legal advice.

Next step

Ask for a walkthrough and bring the people from each desk: we will show the principal's dashboard, the admissions pipeline and the fee ledger on the demo school.
